Common questions
How do I record a match?
From the Dashboard or Matches tab, tap "Submit a match," pick your opponent, format, and game scores. Once submitted, your opponent needs to confirm it before ratings update — this keeps results honest on both sides.
Why hasn't my rating changed?
Ratings only update once the opponent you played against confirms the match. If it's been a while, check the Matches tab — you may have a match still waiting on their confirmation.
How do club leaderboards work?
Create or join a club from the Clubs tab. Club leaderboards rank members by rating, same as the global leaderboard, but scoped to people you actually play with.
How do I delete my account?
From your Dashboard, scroll to "Danger zone" and select "Delete account." Your match and rating history stays intact for the players you've played against, but with no way to identify you personally.
